Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant prepared late meal. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location for onward travel. Good breakfast selection. Comfy bed.

There was no internet although there was no announcement in the site. Not very clean. So I left next day

Room was clean and comfortable - it would have been better if there were tea and coffee facilities. Food was reasonable. A couple of staff were okay - especially the lady at breakfast.

The owner and his wife were inhospitable bordering on rude. They made no effort to speak to us or make us feel welcome, even when in the same room and even though one of us spoke reasonable conversational german. There was virtually no one there and most guests, such as there were appeared to be, were germans there on business. Sitting in the bar was a bit like being on the Marie Celeste! The whole ambience was dour and unfriendly and affected our whole view of our stay.Definitely not for tourists or foreign visitors.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the main motorway and in a residential suburb. The staff here were amazing and showed excellent customer service skills. The hotel facilities were well maintained and made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the cleanliness was remarkable.

This hotel is a great choice for backpackers who need a comfortable refuge close to the main motorway. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. You'll appreciate the friendly staff who go out of their way to help you, and the amazing breakfast that will fuel you for the whole day. There is enough parking space, making it convenient for those who are traveling by car.

Some guests noted that the staff could be more welcoming to foreign guests, which could be a downside for international travelers.

I wanted a smoking room which they arranged for me but the only one available was quite small.

The bed was comfortable and we had a quiet room to rest in. Additionally, the breakfast was decent and the hotel's location was a plus for exploring the city center by foot.

The hotel lacked a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel unwelcome during our stay. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and the language barrier made communication difficult. Furthermore, the hotel was overpriced considering the poor level of hospitality and limited amenities provided. we were disappointed with our experience here and would not recommend it for a pleasant city break.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the warm reception from the staff and the comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the breakfast was quite delicious, offering a variety of tasty food options.

The hotel had a dull and dated decor, which made it hard to enjoy the ambiance. I had a decent stay, but the hotel could use some renovations to improve the overall experience.
